Last week, we had the honor to welcome Australian Chef Charlie Carrington to our farm! Charlie is 22 years old and has a restaurant in Melbourne )Atlas Dining) which has been credited with a HAT (the Australian version of a Michelin star). He was in Israel for a week to get inspiration for his next menu. On our farm he was amazed by our vegetable fields, herb gardens, fruit trees and of course, by the freshness of our food!
We connected Charlie to previous Eco participant Mikey who started his own ecological farm outside of Melbourn. Charlie visited his farm and decided to work with Mikey and grow fruits and vegetables for his upcoming menus!
